How we look after your information.
Health worries are private. This page explains — in plain English — what we collect, why, and what we never do with it.
The short version
- Enquiry and booking forms collect your contact details and the concern you'd like to discuss — never detailed medical information. Clinical questions belong in the consultation, not a web form
- Health information you share at consultation is special category data, handled with explicit consent and stored securely as part of your clinic record
- Analytics are first-party and anonymous — a simple count of page views and button clicks, stored in the clinic's own database with no cookies and no personal details. Nothing reaches any advertising platform, and browsers that ask not to be tracked are honoured
- We never sell data, and never publish anything about you — including photographs — without your written consent
What we collect, and why
When you enquire or book, we collect your name, contact details, the treatment or concern you want to discuss and your preferred time — so Haaris can respond and arrange the appointment. Where treatment goes ahead, the clinic keeps the records needed to provide it safely, in line with pharmacy record-keeping obligations.
Photographs
Where photographs are taken, Haaris uses them to assess your suitability and review your progress. They are never used publicly — on this website, on social media, or anywhere else — unless you have given clear written consent.
Your choices and questions
You can ask what information we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or withdraw a consent you have given, at any time. Contact the pharmacy using the details on the contact page and ask for Haaris.
