My website partner

Who built this website, and how they went about it.

Before this site, the only way to ask me about PRP was a message on Instagram or TikTok. Here is how Revive got a proper home online, and who I trusted to build it.

I worked with MyDiro Digital, a web studio here in Staffordshire, to research, write, build and look after this website. I'm grateful for the care they took over it, and the best way I can say thank you is to explain what they did.

It started with the questions people actually ask.

MyDiro began by measuring what people type into Google when they are worried about their hair or the skin under their eyes. One finding shaped the whole site: almost nobody searches for PRP with a town name any more. They search “near me” and let their phone do the rest. So instead of a thin page for every town, each page here does one job properly: one for each treatment, one for prices, one for safety and aftercare, and a set of guides answering what people want to know before they ever pick up the phone, from shedding versus hair loss to whether PRP is available on the NHS.

Every time the site is rebuilt, it checks that each page still covers the subject it was written for, so an ordinary edit can't quietly knock a page off course.

Honest about what PRP can and can't do.

A clinic website is easy to over-promise on, and that was what I worried about most. Before any treatment copy was written, I filled in a detailed questionnaire about how I actually work: who does each step, how long a session takes, who I would turn away and what aftercare I give. Everything clinical on the site traces back to my own answers, and I read and signed off the clinical copy before the site went live.

The site is open about the evidence, too. It says plainly that the evidence for PRP under the eyes is more limited than it is for hair, and it explains other treatments, including ones I don't offer, when they might suit someone better. Each guide shows that I reviewed it, and when it is next due for review.

Prices that can't drift.

I publish my prices because people deserve to know them before they book. The figures on the site come from my own dashboard, and if a price anywhere on the site ever stopped matching the prices I have confirmed, the update would stop before it reached you. The consultation itself is free.

A Hair Check that listens first.

The Hair Check asks a few short questions about what you have noticed, where and for how long, then shows you a written summary before it asks for any contact details. MyDiro wrote out every one of its 126 possible answers so that nothing went live unread. None of them diagnoses anyone or promises a result, and if your answers point to hair loss that came on suddenly, it suggests seeing your GP first.

Booking that keeps your details private.

You can book a free phone consultation or an in-person appointment online, choosing from times I can genuinely give you. A booking is a request until I confirm it personally, and you get an email when I do. The forms ask for your contact details and the concern you would like to discuss, never your medical history: that conversation belongs in the consultation room. Bookings are stored in the UK, and the forms are protected against spam.

A back office I run myself.

Behind the site is a private dashboard built for the clinic. It holds my enquiries and my appointment diary, and from it I can change my opening hours, my prices, extra answers on the questions page and a notice along the top of the site, without waiting on anyone.

  • When I mark an appointment as completed, I can send a review request. It asks for an honest review, offers nothing in return, and invites anyone who had a problem to tell me directly
  • A patient's words only appear on the site once their written consent is recorded
  • Changes I make from the dashboard go through the same checks as everything else before they are published

Light, quick and private.

Most people find me on their phone, so the site was checked and adjusted for phones as well as larger screens. The photographs were converted to a modern format, taking them from 18.5 MB down to under half a megabyte, and the fonts are served from the site itself rather than fetched from Google. Visits are counted by the clinic's own simple analytics: no cookies, nothing passed to advertisers, and browsers that ask not to be tracked are respected. If your phone is set to reduce motion, the treatment videos stay still.

Looked after, not left.

The site doesn't stand still. MyDiro keep an eye on where it appears in Google and whether AI assistants can find the clinic when people ask them, add new guides when the research shows people need them, and check that everything still works.

Thank you.

I wanted a website that sounds like the conversation you would have with me at the pharmacy: straight answers and no pressure. MyDiro gave me that. If you run a local business and want the same, I'm happy to recommend them.
